La Riviera di Makarska

La nostra villa sulla Riviera di Spalato, Živana, è situata nel centro di Punta Lunga (Dugi Rat), in una tranquilla zona residenziale. Villa Živana si trova non lontano dai ristoranti, dai bar e dai negozi, mentre la sua posizione in una via che porta verso la collina garantisce la pace ed il silenzio.

The house is located in the centre of the medieval town of Omis, near the tower called Torjun. It was created by consolidating two residential houses, one leaning on the medieval defensive wall and the other placed towards the wall forming that way an intimate courtyard. The houses are characterized by harmonious Baroque carved details and some of the best features are the main portal and a beautiful console stone staircase with balcony in the courtyard. The house was completely renovated in 2010. Villa Nora is located at the foot of the hill of Marjan in a quiet location overlooking the town and the sea. It was renovated in 2009. The combination of a typical Dalmatian style and modern design offers a very pleasant atmosphere.
